At Fampage, transparency is the cornerstone of our relationship with our clients. To ensure the highest quality of service and a smooth delivery process, it is essential to understand the technical mechanics of SMM algorithms. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following operational protocols.

Section 1: Critical Pre-Order Requirements

To avoid order rejection or technical glitches, the following rules are non-negotiable:

Public Visibility Required: Our services are strictly designed for Public Accounts. If your account is set to Private, the system cannot initiate the delivery, and no refund will be issued.
Immutable Orders: Once an order is placed and the status moves to "Pending" or "In-Progress," it is instantly locked into the server. **Cancellation is not possible** under any circumstances.
Account Integrity: Do not change your username or handle after placing an order. Doing so breaks the tracking link, leading to immediate order failure without a refund.
Consistent Privacy: Do not toggle your account between Private and Public while the order is being fulfilled.

Section 2: The Refill & Warranty Ecosystem

We take pride in our service stability. For services marked with a "Refill Guarantee," we offer a protection period to maintain your social metrics.

How the Refill Algorithm Works:

Refills are strictly governed by numerical tracking. The system follows this mathematical formula:
Start Count + Ordered Quantity = Target End Count If your current count is equal to or higher than the Target End Count, the system identifies the order as 100% fulfilled.

Refill Limitations during Platform Updates:

Social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) frequently update their algorithms. During these periods, refills may temporarily fail.

If we cannot fulfill a refill due to external updates, we will issue a Partial Refund.
Refunds are calculated based on the uncompleted portion of the order and are credited to your Fampage account balance.
Note: We do not offer bank transfers or external refunds; all credits remain within the Fampage ecosystem.

Section 3: Grounds for Refill Rejection

To maintain a fair system, refill requests will be declined if:

Violation Type	Description
Username Change	Changing your profile handle voids the warranty as our system can no longer track the original link.
Quantity Overlap	Refills are capped at 100% of the ordered quantity. We do not refill more than what was purchased.
Historical Drops	We do not take responsibility for "Old Drops" from other panels. If your current count falls below our Start Count, it proves that previous (non-Fampage) followers have dropped.
Mixed Link Usage	Using guaranteed services on a profile that already has high-drop, low-quality followers is not recommended. For full warranty protection, use Fresh Links.

Section 4: Refund & Financial Policy

Our financial policy is designed to be straightforward and automated:

Wrong Link Errors: If you provide an incorrect link, a broken URL, or a private link, no refund will be issued. Please double-check every entry.
Completed Status: Once the system marks an order as "Completed," the transaction is final. No refunds are possible after successful delivery.
Input Errors: While we occasionally refund orders with obviously random characters in the link field, this is not guaranteed. Precision is the responsibility of the user.
